Convenient Information Access Employees can obtain their individual account information conveniently through 24-hour Principal TeleTouch©, Instant Voice Response System or internet-based Principal Retirement Service Center. With these, employees can check account balances and change investment allocations through a Personal Identification Number (PIN) from time to time. In addition, upon registration of Principal e–Channel Service, employees will receive monthly updates of their account balances via SMS with registered cellular phone number free of charge.
