    • Assistant Manager, Actuarial ACA1117

       

      • Manage the modeling of guarantee products and financial projection/risk metrics;
      • Develop and review actuarial documentations, controls and procedures related to the modeling tasks;
      • Manage the routine tasks and make continuous enhancement to improve efficiency;
      • Assist in assumptions review for various actuarial projection/valuations;
      • Assist in ensuring the actuarial works to comply with the latest regulations/standards/guideline.
    • Requirements:

       

      • Degree holder in Actuarial Science, Statistics, or other relevant disciplines with good progress on actuarial exam;
      • 5+ years relevant experience in insurance, consulting or pension industry with good knowledge of pension and mutual fund products;
      • Knowledge of MG-ALFA or similar modeling software preferred;
      • Familiarity with US GAAP preferred;

      • Responsible for fund accounting and other relevant fund operational tasks;
      • Perform daily fund valuation and accounting reconciliation;
      • Responsible for periodic accounting and regulatory reports preparation;
      • Assist in year-end audit;
      • Perform other job related duties or special projects as required.
    • Requirements:

       

      • Associate degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;
      • 1-2 years working experience is an advantage. Fresh graduates will also be considered;
      • Student member in HKICPA (or similar associations) is an advantage;

      • Supervise team members to ensure timely and accurate valuation of MPF/ ORSO funds and retail unit trusts; and accounting reconciliation;
      • Ensure timely and accurate completing of all fund operational tasks, including regulatory compliance;
      • Participate in system enhancements and user acceptance tests of the fund operational system with an aim to improve efficiency and productivity;
      • Prepare regular reporting to internal and external parties and ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the reports;

    • Requirements:

       

      • University graduate in Accounting/ Finance or related subjects
      • At least 5 years of relevant experience in fund accounting and valuation, with 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience

    • Senior Business Analyst, Information Technology

       

      • Formulate and facilitate the path to the quality system solutions for the business operations and prepare solution documents
      • Conduct quality assurance tests on system jobs or new releases
      • Assist in analyzing workflow, define business and systems requirements and perform impact analysis
      • Assist in handling of system jobs from different business units by aligning the business needs with the capabilities delivered by IT and prioritize the jobs with users accordingly.
      • Provide production and UAT support
      • Provide training and coaching to junior staff(s) to uplift their technical skills
      • Coordinate and handle special projects as requested
      • Act as liaison between business units and IT

       

    • Requirements
      • University graduate in Management Information System, Computer Science or related disciplines
      • Minimum of 5+ years’ relevant experience in Business Analyst role preferably in financial, retirement or investment funds industry
      • Strong self-initiative with good time management skills to handle multiple tasks, and able to work independently
      • Excellent structured analytical skills and problem solving skills
      • Extensive knowledge in pensions domain will be an advantage

    • Manager/Senior Manager, Mutual Fund Sales & Distribution

       

      • Deliver sales target which include net sales and AUM growth
      • Develop and build strong banking channel’s network by establishing and deepening relationships. Having experiences in building the connection with Chinese banks is preferable.
      • Arrange sales activities with key accounts to drive sales
      • Conduct fund briefing at the retail banks on a regular basis
      • Participate and be speaker at client seminar
      • Collect market intelligence and prepare market information/data analysis/competitor information etc.
    • Requirements

       

      • University graduate or equivalent
      • At least 7-8 years of fund sales experiences preferably
      • Established network with the Chinese banking channels in Hong Kong
      • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

    • Senior Manager, Customer Experience

       

      • Design and implement a competitive customer experience across various platforms including website, call center, mobile apps and social media. Work with the branding / content team on enriching customer experience across social media / digital platforms including the mobile app.
      • Leverage learnings from the CXI results to identify action points / fixes for the CX journey to improve the CXI results.
      • Leverage social media / video / digital tools from Adobe, Apple etc / external comms to drive traffic to the various touch points owned by PIHK.
      • Own the CMS (Content Management System) tool – Drupal – to ensure website experience is constantly improving customer engagement. Ensure keywords, metatag optimization (SEO) on the CMS / website.
      • Design the desired customer journey maps for the various touch point interactions and identify & manage key initiative spawning out of these journeys.
    • Requirements

       

      • University graduate or equivalent.  10+ years’ experience in customer experience, analytics, research and design 
      • Candidate with marketing and digital experience is preferred
      • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, experience producing business results and outstanding organizational skills
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Must be able to communicate effectively both internally with functionally diverse teams and externally with customers
