Service Arrangements after the ORSO Online Portal Shutdown

The ORSO Online Portal will remain available until 13 December 2026.

From 14 December 2026 onwards, employers and members may contact our designated Customer Service Hotline for enquiries and assistance relating to their ORSO accounts.

No Impact on Scheme Benefits

The discontinuation of the ORSO Online Portal will not affect members' benefits, account balances, vested entitlements, or participation in the relevant ORSO scheme. Members and employers may continue to obtain assistance through our designated Customer Service Hotline.
