Principal International (Asia) Limited (“Principal”) has acquired the Mandatory Provident Fund (“MPF”) and Occupational Retirement Schemes Ordinance (“ORSO”) businesses of AXA China Region Insurance Company (Bermuda) Limited (“AXA CRIB”) in Hong Kong (“Transaction”) and the Transaction has been completed on 1 September 2015.
